To be successful at land subdivisions it takes time. For the last 30 years Geoff McWilliam has managed land developments across Australia including Senior Executive Management, positions with Ray Group, Delfin, Lend Lease, Lensworth, Stockland and Citimark properties. During this time over 10,000 lots were successfully brought to market. Geoff played a key role in the management and coordination of delivery and sales. Experience in Property Management of hundreds of dwellings for private and company portfolios gives Geoff a complete understanding of property development.
A demonstrated track record of entering early and developing markets and suburbs throughout Queensland, followed by infrastructure, employment and population requirements have resulted in superior returns. Value adding through design and delivery such as larger lot sizes, a lake, Display Villages and community engagement have also provided enhanced market appeal. At GDM we value collaboration and have participated in joint ventures with land owners to purchase sites with great success.
